Inspiring Young Leaders (IYL) is a faith based leadership development initiative dedicated to training and inspiring the next generation of Muslim leaders.

At IYL, we recognize the urgent need for strong, values driven leadership within the Muslim community. Our mission is to empower high school and college aged Muslims with the confidence, skills, and Islamic grounding needed to lead with purpose.

Through leadership training, public speaking, civic engagement, mentorship, and community focused programming, IYL helps young Muslims rise as confident leaders who serve their communities and represent Islam with wisdom, courage, and integrity.

Our Mission
Our mission is to develop confident and compassionate Muslim leaders by equipping high school and college students with the training, mentorship, and faith based guidance needed to lead with purpose and integrity.

Our Vision
We envision a future where Muslim youth lead positive change by reviving prophetic leadership, speaking truth with wisdom, and uplifting their communities. Through transformative programs rooted in faith, IYL aims to reignite the spirit of leadership that once defined the Ummah.
